Next Step Mentoring of Leibniz University

Students can receive individual support over six months when they set out on their career path and benefit from the professional experience of the mentors.

In addition to an active exchange in a tandem relationship (one-to-one mentoring), the mentees will learn skills that will prepare them for managerial roles in their professions. At the end different networking events within the supporting programme will offer further opportunities for students to chat to their mentors.
